Acknowledgment of Booking Requirements

I appreciate you reading each acknowledgment below carefully and checking the boxes before submitting your booking form. This will help me stay sane this fall as I continue to work towards my MFA and offer you the level of service and high quality photography you want when you book with me. Thank you so much for your understanding!

By checking this box, I affirm that I am ready to commit to sending my non-refundable booking deposit to Christina Childress upon confirmation of the primary and alternate session dates I indicated within my preferred window of time on this form. I understand that the location of my session will be selected by Christina and is subject to change with reasonable advanced notice (up to 5 days prior to session). If a change in venue is made, it will not change the time or date that was confirmed at booking.

By checking this box, I acknowledge that Christina Childress is a fellow human being who is doing her best to offer the highest quality product and service to her clients while also being an engaged parent of three children, and kicking ass in her second year of grad school. I understand that while Christina's strength may not center on rapid responses to emails, that she's working hard and will appreciate a gentle reminder if I haven't received a response within a couple of business days.

By checking this box, I agree to inform Christina of any specific dates by which I absolutely need my photo gallery downloads at the time of booking. I understand that Christina will do her best to meet my deadline with advanced notice. If I request a specific date to receive my proofs at a time after booking I accept an additional $100 rush charge.

I acknowledge and understand that without informing Christina of a specific deadline for my proof gallery that I will receive my images as soon as Christina is able to send them. I understand that Christina will do her best to send proof galleries within 2-4 weeks of our session when at all possible, but that some sessions may require additional time, and Christina will be sure that all Fall 2022 session galleries will be delivered no later than November 21st, 2022, giving me ample time to order holiday cards and gifts if I desire.
